The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. WIlliam Nicholas Lillios of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Glenn Card and the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Constantine Lillios.
The bridegroom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. David Griffith King of Kiawah Island, S.C., and the late Judith Compton King. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. WIlliam Thayer King, the late Homer Barry Compton and the late Edith Dixon Witt.
The Rev. Joel Huffstetler officiated the ceremony. Nuptial music was presented by organist David M. Kenney. Jerry D. Lowery served as acolyte. The lay reader was Mildred Engers Callaway of Nashville. Greeters were Amanda Austin Miller of Chattanooga and Melissa Ann Godfrey of Los Gatos, Calif.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Sarah Card Moles of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bridesmaids were Mary Tighe Brown, Stephanie Matthews Lillios and Key Everhart Waller of Cleveland, Jennie Newman Sumrell of Chattanooga, Sidney Hagler Brunson of Greenville, S.C., and Donica Sinclair Christensen of Nashville.
The bridegroom’s father served as his best man. Groomsmen were the bridegroom’s brother David Griffith King Jr. of Greenwich, Conn., the bride’s brother William Nicholas Lillios of Cleveland, Bennette Eugene Geer Keys Jr. of Signal Mountain and Gilbert Stroud Merritt III, Michael David Roberts and Craig Alan Shelburne, all of Nashville.
The bride’s godson John Westerfield Brunson of Greenville, S.C., was ring bearer.
The reception was given by the bride’s parents at their home, Lacunatura. Assisting at the reception as hostesses were members of the bride’s dance troupe: Jaclyn Cole Contreras, Merrily Allison Bell and Kristy Lynne Rhodes, all of Nashville. Nita Henley Johnston was wedding director.
After a wedding trip to Tuscany, the couple is at home in Nashville.
