The bride-elect is the daughter of Maryann Gyorki of Pinckney, Mich., and Walter Koestering of Louisville, Ky. The future bridegroom is the son of Gary and Anita Ray of Denton, Texas.
Miss Koestering is the granddaughter of the late Bush and Kathleen Pollock and the late Walter and Charlotte Koestering. She is the sister of Tom Loestering of Jacksonville, N.C., and Kevin Koestering of Westland, Mich.
She is a 2005 graduate of Calvary Christian Academy and a 2009 graduate in special education of Lee University. She is employed by Savannah Chatham County Schools.
Mr. Ray is the grandson of JoAnn Squires of Cleveland, the late Dr. Robert Humbertson, and Mark and June Ray of Huntsville, Ala. He is the brother of Jessica Ray Lymberopoulos of Cleveland.
He is a 2004 graduate of Walker Valley High School and a 2009 telecommunications graduate of Lee University. He is pursuing a master’s degree in film at Savannah College of Art and Design where he is employed. Both Miss Koestering and Mr. Ray attend Savannah (Ga.) Christian Church.
