The couple will exchange wedding vows on May 14.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Louise Champion Pruitt of Dade City, Fla., the late Dewey Champion, and William and Doris LaBine of Ontonagon, Mich.
Miss LaBine is a 2006 graduate of Cleveland High School and graduate from Lee University with a degree in business administration.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Lewis and Pauline Davis and the late Milford and Jessie Stepp.
Mr. Stepp is a 2006 graduate of Bradley Central High School and graduated from Cleveland State Community College in 2011 with a degree in construction technology.
The two are continuing their education at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, where they will reside after marriage.
