The Rev. Larry Wayne Nash, 68 of Cleveland, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, at a local hospital.

He was born in Norton, Va., and native of Bluefield, W.Va.

He was retired from RC Cola. His passions in life was his family and his ministry.

He was preceded in death by his father, Conley W. Nash; grandson, Wesley A. Nash; father and mother in-law Dallas and Madeline Ramsey.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Nash; mother, Sophia Ethel Everett of Syracuse, Ind.; children: Dianna (Philip) McCoy of Soddy Daisy, Larry (Valerie) Nash II of Chattanooga, Lisa (Robert) Sharp, Lynnda Dixon, Kathy Ballinger, Mike (Cassie) Keller, Glenda (Chris) Free and Chris (Crystal) Keller, all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Zachary Schulz, Gary Nash, Cullen McCoy, Amber Schulz, Tonya McComb, Keisha Crowe, Zachary Dixon, Blake Ballinger, Cody Ballinger, Jill Keller, Rae Ann Keller, Kadie Keller, Madeline Kay Free, Alexander Free, Oliver Free, Ike Keller, Mike Keller; great-grandchildren: Christina Hemby, Daniel McCann, Jonathan McCann, Chelsea Crowe, Conner Crowe, Autumn Ballinger, Addie Ann Keller; brother, Gene (Ann) Nash of Bluefield, W.Va.; sisters; Anne (Paul) Engel of Defiance, Ohio, Sandy (Joe) Badillo of Fredericksburg, Va., Pat Cooper of St. Petersburg, Fla., Kim (Jerry) Hyde of Syracuse, Ind., Lisa Nash Wilhem of Bristol, Va., and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening, Oct, 3, 2011, and Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mountain View Church of God, 2210 Roadway SE, Cleveland.

A service will follow at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Fred Mercer and Larry Nash II officiating.
