A longtime resident of Cleveland, he was retired from Cleveland Utilities after 33 years of service.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Korea. He attended Bowman Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marty Leek; two daughters: Elizabeth Buffy Marchant and Laura Munck, both of Cleveland; four sons: Chris Leek of McDonald, Scott Leek, David Brazier and Jon Brazier, all of Cleveland; sister, Jenny Lawson of South Pittsburg; mother-in-law, Ann Travis of Cleveland; 19 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held today, Feb. 3, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road, with Pastor Dwight Herod officiating.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
