CLEVELAND, Ga. — After four rugged matches over the weekend in Georgetown, Ky., coach Andrea Hudson gave several of her regulars a break on Tuesday evening. Host Truett-McConnell still had more than its share of problems with Lee, losing 3-0 (25-4, 25-4, 25-6) in the Southern States Athletic Conference match.

The Lady Flames, ranked ninth in the latest NAIA poll, will return to Walker Arena on Friday and will close out the regular season against College of Coastal Georgia in the annual Volley For A Cure match. Lee improved to 23-9 with Tuesday's win.

Freshman Nicole Sumida set the pace for the Lady Flames. She had eight kills and six service aces. Lauren Williams, Kalyn Helton and Patty Orozco finished with six kills a[piece. Helton also added five aces while Orozco countered with six digs.

Becky Bourne and Courtney Wilson set the table for the big hitters. Bourne tallied 16 assists and Wilson totaled 14.
