The Lee University Video Production Center, directed by Dr. Ron Gilbert, will stream three live events in three days on the leeuniversity.edu website.

Starting tonight, web browsers and smart devices will be able to stream live video of a dedication service in the new Lee University Chapel, Volley for the Cure, and the Homecoming Music Festival.

Tonight will mark the first of several events dedicating the new Lee University Chapel. The service begins at 8 p.m.

The fifth annual Volley for the Cure will feature the Lady Flames Volleyball team as they battle opponent Brenau University in a pink-themed fundraising event for the Mary Ellen Locher Foundation of Chattanooga.

This event has raised close to $70,000 dollars for the foundation, which serves families who have been affected by breast cancer. The match begins at 7 Friday night.

Saturday night’s Homecoming Music Festival is a long, rich tradition celebrating Lee’s musical heritage and showcasing the talents of Lee’s many touring ensembles and performers.

It’s always been a must-see event, and now it can be enjoyed by anyone with a high-speed Internet connection. The Festival begins at 7 p.m.

Those who wish to view the webcast should point their browsers to http://www.leeuniversity.edu and click the “Homecoming Live Stream” button. These events will also be posted on the Lee iTunes site and Lee University Rewind on the Video On Demand area of the video production website, for those who miss the live streams.

A new High Definition Video Production Mobile Unit will be utilized this weekend to bring a higher level of quality to the programming.
