The library has plenty of activities and programs for all ages this fall.

Family Game Night kicks off the week on Monday at 7 p.m. in the Community Room. Bring the family to participate with others in gaming on the big screen or with board games set up around the room.

Another family fun night will be the Classic Comedy Movie Night at 7 p.m. Tuesday with the showing of “Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein.” Freshly popped corn will be served.

The Bradley County Bar Association will present a Law Forum on Reverse Mortgages Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Community Room. This should be a well attended event so call 472-2163, ext. 126, if you plan to attend. This forum will include a question-and-answer session with the audience.

Teens will explore poetry through dramatic expression on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. in preparation for the April visit of Poetry Alive Team.

Teens check out to learn more about this activity. The Teen “After Hours Masquerade Party” will be held Saturday beginning at 7 p.m.

Dress up and join us for dancing, food, fun, and prizes. Bring a canned good for admission. This event will jump-start our Thanksgiving food drive.

Teens and Tweens Stargazing at the library is set for the next full moon on Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. Bring blankets and telescopes while we search the skies for stars and planets. The library has two telescopes to share. We will meet on Lee University campus adjacent to the library.

Tweens will meet on Wednesday for Artszone and Friday for Sciencezone. Both activities will take place at 4:30 p.m. in the Children’s area.

A computer class for youngsters ages 4 through 6 will be held Thursday at 11:45 a.m. and Saturday at 3 p.m.
