England is the country for this week’s crafts and cooking sessions for the summer reading program. Be sure to sign up for all the activities at the Children’s Desk.
Teens, don’t forget the library is open just for you on Saturday evenings from 6 until 9 p.m. Each week there are different activities planned. You can always use the computers and check out books as well.
Evie Lanstra West will host a book signing at the library July 9 from noon to 3 p.m. in the lobby area. “Revolving Choices: Playing Roulette With Life” is her story as a former Los Angeles gang member, two-time teen mother and attempted murderer when she planned the termination of her second unborn son. Her story is evidence that God can take your mess and make it your message of love, forgiveness and restoration.
