About 200 Volunteer Energy Cooperative customers in the Reliance area of Polk County were to briefly lose power beginning at 9 a.m. today.
The outage, which was necessary to remove a dangerous tree obstructing the line, lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours.
VEC apologized for any inconveniences the outage may cause.
