The three-day Strive Top 150 is offered to 150 branch teams throughout the country that demonstrated the most significant 12-month growth in meeting investors’ financial needs. Hickman and Dixon were among the 150 branch teams, out of more than 2,000, invited to attend this session.
“At the Strive Top 150 event, we were able to collaborate on client service strategies with other successful branch teams and gain the most current insights from industry experts,” Hickman said.
“Dawn and I were able to tailor some of the training to focus on areas of our business that we want to further develop or expand.”
