CHATTANOOGA — University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has announced students from Bradley County who participated in the spring 2012, 239th commencement exercise. More than 1,100 students were in the graduating class and the speaker was Max L. Fuller, chairman and CEO of U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc.
