Loma Shirley Henderson, 72, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, in a Chattanooga hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Walter O. Benton and Lela Margaret Williams Benton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Henderson; and a grandson, Billy Joe Henderson Sr.

Survivors include her daughters: Pamela Sprowes and her spouse, Leslie Musgrove, of Cleveland, Cheryll Henderson of Parrish, Ala., and Judy Cannon of Kunkle, Ohio; grandchildren: Mary Ann Orr and her husband, Chris, of Cleveland, Christopher Henderson and his wife, Cathy, Ashley Brooke Musgrove and Lucenia Musgrove; great-grandchildren: Billy Joe Henderson Jr., Andrew Blake Orr, Laine Henderson, Aaron Blake Henderson and Ryananna McAlister; and several nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012, at East Lake Church of the Nazarene in Chattanooga with Pastor Carlton Espy officiating.

The Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes is in charge of the cremation service.
