TO WED — Holly Lovingood and Randy Payne, both of Cleveland, finalize their plans to marry on Aug. 21 in a 6:30 p.m. ceremony at the Fillauer Lake House. The bride-elect is the daughter of Joyce and Richard Lovingood of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of the late Pearl Lovinggood, the late Howard Lovingood, Patricia Wade of Cleveland and the late Donald Slaughter. The future bridegroom is the son of Sherry and Paul Payne of Decatur. He is the grandson of Melvin Randolph and Nellie Randolph, both of Decatur.
