Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Gary Smith; children: Debbie Johnson, Justine Couch, Marty Welch, Gail Gravitt and Bobby Welch; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; eight sisters; and two brothers.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, Oct. 11, 2012, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor David Beatty officiating.
Interment will follow in Lee Cemetery.
