Heather Singleton became the bride of Bruce MacLeod Jr., both of Cookeville, in an evening ceremony on May 28, 2011, at Black Fox Farms.

The bride is the daughter of Dexter and Karen Webb of Athens and Mark Singleton of Knoxville. She is the granddaughter of F.C. and Shirley Williams of Athens, Ray and Virginia Webb of Englewood and Bob and Yvonne Singleton of Johnson City.

The bridegroom is the son of Bruce Sr. and Teresa MacLeod of Walling. He is the grandson of Terrell and Ruth Vaughn of Walling, Faye MacLeod of Birmingham, Ala., and the late John MacLeod.

The wedding was officiated by the bridegroom’s grandfather, Mr. Vaughn.

The bride was presented in marriage by her stepfather, Mr Webb, and attended by Jennifer Goff of Baxter as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelsey Brown of Knoxville, Kendra Buck of Gainesboro, Amber Butler and the bridegroom’s sister Whitney MacLeod, both of Cookeville, the bride’s cousins, Abby Garner of Hendersonville and Kelli Robinson of Athens, and Rachael Liner of Sparta.

The bridegroom’s brother Roderick MacLeod of Chattanooga served as best man. Groomsmen included Jairus Butler and Merel Savage, both of Cookeville, Mike Erranton and David Wright, both of Dickson, the bride’s brother Ryan Singleton of Knoxville, Sonny Stover of Lebanon, Lenny Zepp of Franklin, Ohio, and Noah Gentry of Baxter. Ushers were the cousins of the bride, Will Young and Kevin Young and Jordan Humphreys, all of Nashville.

Children in the bridal party included the junior bride and bridegroom, Audrey Brooks of Nashville and Owen Garner of Hendersonville, both cousins of the bride. The bridegroom’s cousin Addisyn Lonas of McMinnville was flower girl and Noah Gentry of Baxter was ring bearer.

The reception was given by the parents of the bride in the Black Fox Farms barn. Tera Fox of Englewood, the bride’s cousin, attended the registry.
