DECATUR — The Tennessee Golf Association/Toyota Junior Tour made a stop at Lake Haven Golf and Country Club Monday, with five local linksters making the short trip to participate.

Matthew Marino and Kaylee Gregg captured runner-up awards in their respective age divisions, while Tripp Hall and Eli Sparkman both brought home third place finishes.

Marino tied for second with Chip Bevil from Knoxville in the Boys 10-13 Tour with a nine-hole 52 total. The pair were three shots behind division winner Logan Self of Ringgold, Ga.

Gregg fired a 53 in her nine holes, putting her four stroke behind Madisonville’s Carly Swabe in the Girls 12-18 Tour, while Gracie Medley was fifth in the same division.

Playing in the Boys 4-7-year-old bracket, Hall shot a 14-over 39 to claim the No. 3 slot, while Sparkman shot a 13-over 49 for a similar outcome in the 8-9 Micro play. Ben Sparkman finished seventh in the Boys 10-11 Micro.
