Volunteer Energy Cooperative’s (VEC) corporate offices and nine customer service centers. Customers may still conduct business such as receiving account information and paying their electric bill by using VEC’s Interactive Voice Response telephone system or by logging onto the VEC website at www.vec.org. Crews will be available to answer and respond to emergency and service interruption calls.
