Missing Alzheimer’s patient now found

According to Bob Gault of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, Sherill Hayes, an 88-year-old Alzheimer’s patient who went missing Sunday evening, was found this morning.

Bradley County officials started searching for Hayes Sunday evening.

He disappeared from 3113 Ladd Springs Road wearing a blue shirt, blue pants and an orange windbreaker and may have been heading toward Spring Place Road.

Hayes also has bad vision, according to Gault.
