Momentum Academy Dance brings awareness to breast cancer

Momentum Academy Dance was preparing to dance to bring awareness to breast cancer Saturday with the Pink Glove Dance, an online video competition. The girls Saturday worked hard to learn the choreography and dancing to get ready for the video filming. Sponsored by Medline, the event provides three prizes — $10,000 for first, $5,000 for second and $2,000 for third. MAD is hoping to win one of the prizes for the Bradley County Relay for Life. The video will be posted Oct. 12 on www.pinkglovedance.com. The public will be asked to vote for the best video. During the event Saturday, MAD took up donations in Pink Glove cups and sold T-shirts.
