A FAMILY GATHERING of the Morrow family was held over the Labor Day weekend. Jessie James and Muncie Lee Morrow had 15 children — the first of whom was born back in 1915. Over the years the family grew to over 70 members strong. Twenty-two members of the family gathered for a dinner recently at Logan’s.The surviving brothers and sisters include, from left, Betty Morrow, Mattie Morrow Cartwright, Jean Morrow McDonald, Hazel Morrow Hughes, Joyce Morrow Dantzler, John Morrow, and Haskell Morrow.
