NOGGINS HAIR SALON & SPA recently held its grand opening. Here, Lisa Burnette, owner of Noggins, cuts the ribbon officially opening the new location in the Spring Creek Town Center. The salon and spa features six hair stylists, three nail technicians and adjoins Cleveland Therapeutic Massage, offering complete hair, nail, skin and massage therapy spa services for customers. Noggins staged its ribbon cutting and grand opening during the Day at Spring Creek event held Saturday by Bender Realty and Spring Creek Developers. The shopping center is located on 25th Street/APD 40 and features 10 specialty shops, Champion Cleaners, Cleveland Eye Clinic & Optical Center, Eric Evans State Farm and Lasater's Coffee & Tea Company.
