Nelda K. Willhoit, 76, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, in a local health care facility.

The funeral will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Survivors and complete arrangements will be announced by Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory.
