Nillie Bipper, the largest running outdoor arts and crafts festival in the Ocoee region, will welcome new and returning exhibitors, vendors and entertainers to its 45th annual Nillie Bipper Creative Arts Festival Oct. 6-7 at Tri-State Exhibition Center.
The weekend festival will feature ongoing entertainment, including live music, children’s activities and demonstrations by talented crafters, sponsored by the Cleveland Creative Guild.
Dale Dotson, president of the Cleveland Creative Arts Guild, said she is pleased to have so many new artisans and crafters this year and is expecting a wonderful turnout in the community.
“We’ll be offering fun, food, crafts, demonstrations, live entertainment and lots of childrens activities at the event,” Dotson said. “The festival will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. We’re encouraging everyone to come out and have a good time.”
Admission price is $5 for adults, $4 for age 60 and up, and free for children age 12 and under. Parking is free.
All proceeds from the festival go toward funding the Cleveland Creative Arts Guild and its civic contributions to the Cleveland and Bradley County community. Show directors are Billie Nipper and John Simmons. The entertainment director is Bob Cruden.
