He was a beef cattle farmer and of the Church of God faith.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Billie June Earls.
Survivors include his partner, Cynthia White of Cleveland; father, Noah Richard Earls Sr. of McDonald; two stepchildren; sisters, Ruby Pike of McDonald and Connie Watson of Etowah; several nieces, nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted today, Nov. 29, 2010, 4 p.m., in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev. Sammy Hughes officiating.
Interment will follow in Earls Cemetery.
