A hop, skip and a jump are almost all that are needed to get to shopping and restaurants in the area where this featured “Home of the Week” is located.

Frontage Village is a new community and will feature a number of new townhomes which are finely finished and detailed.

Larry and Judy Allen are the Crye-Leike Realtors for Burris Construction and they said the properties are selling fast. Doug Caywood and Downtown Design were the architects.

Each townhouse features approximately 1,300 square feet of living space, including two bedrooms, and a private garage.

Located from 171 through 175 Elijah Way, these homes have great curb appeal and once inside, it will be easy to feel right at home.

Stacked stone and architectural vinyl cover these energy-efficient “Homes of the Week.”

These new homes are ready to move into and are perfect for the busy individual, couple or family.

The builders have completed their installations, including landscaping in this close-to-everything community.

These modern, custom townhomes include many of the amenities found in today’s larger homes.

Each townhome has two full baths.

Each unit is complete with high-speed Internet capabilities, cable TV, utilities and other amenities.

Hardwood flooring was utilized in the main living areas of the home. The kitchen floor was finished with tile.

The floor plan provides plenty of open and airy space. Dormer windows allowed Burris Construction to be able to provide vaulted ceilings.

Custom paint colors are also evident throughout the units which have two large bedrooms.

The kitchen is supplied with stainless appliances and custom cabinets with modern hardware. Solid granite countertops were used in the modern kitchen.

Recessed lighting was also utilized in the eat-in area of the kitchen. The granite breakfast bar is spacious and will be great for on-the-go families.

Antiqued bronze plumbing fixtures were used as accents.

The kitchen is neatly tucked away behind closed doors.

The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate bigger furnishings and has a tray ceiling.

Large closets were also designed in the floor plan for the master bedroom.

The master bath features a granite-topped vanity and tile flooring. A full shower/tub combination is provided in both full baths. The master bath also has rubbed bronze plumbing features.

Rubbed-bronze lighting fixtures are also placed throughout the townhomes. Each has been equipped with ceiling fans and cellulose insulation, and they are built with TVA Energy Right codes in mind for energy savings, including vinyl windows. The rooflines are finished with architectural shingles.

Each home also has its own covered front entry, concrete drive, sidewalks, porch and patio.

An open house is planned for Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.
