Tricia P. Haws of Southern Style Housebuilders LLC., is the owner of these unique dwellings located in Stonebriar Drive, off Old Tasso Road near the intersection of Blythe Ferry Road. These modern, custom townhomes include many of the amenities found in today’s larger homes.
Each unit has approximately 1,480 square feet. Four townhomes were available. Two had three bedrooms and the center homes featured two bedrooms.
Each townhome has two full baths and a half-bath.
Each unit is complete with high-speed Internet, a security system, cable TV, utilities and other amenities. Hardwood flooring was utilized in the main living areas of the home, such as the kitchen and living room.
The floor plan provides plenty of open, airy space. Custom paint colors are also evident throughout the units which have two large bedrooms. The kitchen is supplied with stainless appliances and custom paneled cabinets in a rich, dark finish.
