This is the annual Christmas luncheon and auction to raise needed funds for their Scholarship Awards.

Each year two $1,000 awards are made to deserving students at Polk County and Copper Basin high schools, who plan to enter the field of education.

The 2012 recipients were Madeline Gilley from CBHS and Jordan Parter from PCHS.

Mike Witt, award winning auctioneer, has graciously served as the auctioneer for the past several years as he will for this event and he adds a great deal of fun to the occasion.

PCRTA President Bob Bryant urges all members to be present and invites anyone from the community to attend who would like to participate in the auction which will begin by 1 p.m.

Monetary or auction item donations from individuals or local businesses will be accepted and much appreciated.

Donations may be sent to PCRTA, P.O. Box 636, Benton TN 37307, or if an auction item needs to be picked up, call 423-338-4506.
