The bride-elect is the daughter of Jimmy and Donna Palmer of Georgetown. She is the granddaughter of Murl and John Glover of Georgetown, Marie Lipps of Cleveland, the late George Lipps, and Betty and Harold Palmer of Cleveland. She is the sister of Nick Palmer of Georgetown.
Miss Palmer is a graduate of Bradley Central High School.
The future bridegroom is the son of Charles and Cindy Messer of Old Fort. He is the grandson of Pauline Messer of Cleveland and the late HB and Shirley Lynn.
Mr. Messer is a graduate of Polk County High school and is employed by Advantage Logistics Inc.
