Her joys in life were spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved traveling with her husband of 64 years. They visited all 48 contiguous states together. She also enjoyed being a seamstress; she designed and made many of her daughters’ clothes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Croft; parents, Amos Watson and Bessie Wilburn Watson; daughter, Joan Croft Bridges; and four brothers: Gordon Watson, Roy Watson, Loy Watson and Bryant Watson.
She is survived by two children — daughter, Gwen Croft of Asheville, N.C., and son, David Croft and wife, Debbie Croft, of Cleveland; son-in-law, Al Bridges of Collegedale; two grandsons and spouses: Levi Beau Bridges and Stacy Gee of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., and Mark Andrew Boring and Sheyra Kelley of Atlanta; and two great-grandchildren: Delaney Bridges and Alexa Bridges.
Plans for a memorial service will be announced at a later time.
We invite you to send a message of condolence and view the Croft family guestbook at www.ralphbuckner.com.
