He was preceded in death by his father, Paul F. Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Paula Ann Ford Smith; mother, Stormy Smith; and brothers: David Smith and Jeremy Smith.
There will be no services at this time.
Ralph Buckner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
