Paula Jeanine Archer-Wyatt, a resident of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2012.

She suffered a stroke on Sunday, April 29, 2012.

She was a member of the Lee University family and served as special adjunct instructor of music for the School of Music in the areas of applied piano, music theory and aural skills. But, most notably, she was a composer/arranger/leader of the award-winning small jazz ensembles.

She was also a professional jazz musician, performing every Sunday at the Mountain View Inn.

She is survived by her husband, Alan Wyatt, of Cleveland; mother, Alma Archer, of Kingsport; sisters: Kim Moran of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and Teresa Bass of Kingsport; and David Archer of Richmond, Va.
