She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Virginia Snyder. She was a lifelong resident of Cleveland and an active member of Black Fox Methodist Church for more than 25 years. Many Cleveland residents remember Paula’s position as the store manager at Wildwood Market. Above all, she will forever be remembered as a loving mother, who exhibited unconditional love to her children.
In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jesse and Paul Giles; and her aunt and uncle, Dorothy and W.C. Giles.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory five children: Brian Hardwick, Kresti Ricketts, Chris Stevenson, Jennifer Hyler (Kevin) and Robbie Stevenson; brother, Ralph F. Snyder (Sheryl); cousin, Donna Watson; grandchildren: Jonathan Hardwick, Cody Mullins, Justin Mullins, Jacob Stafford, Brandon Massingale, Gena Stevenson, Breanna Stevenson, and Christopher Hyler; two great-grandchildren, Cameron Hardwick and JoeAlan Mullins; and a host of extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday March 2, 2013, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at Philadelphia Baptist Church, 910 30th St. S.E., Cleveland TN 37323.
The funeral will follow the visitation at the church with the Rev. Jason Barnes officiating.
Interment will follow the service at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
