DONATION — Procter & Gamble Company, Duracell Division and owner of the IAMS Corp. recently donated 48 33-pound bags of cat food and 54 17.5-pound bags of dog food, totaling more than 2,500 pounds, to the Ark No Kill Shelter. The premium IAMS pet food will be fed to The Ark dogs and cats while waiting to be adopted ” and — while it lasts, a free bag of IAMS pet food will be given to each Ark pet when adopted to take to their new forever home. Procter & Gamble, Duracell Division and the plant’s manager, Bill Barkley, arranged the donation and Mike and Sandra Wagner of the Ark of picked the donation up.
