Congratulations to Justin Houston, a junior at Bradley Central High School, for winning Charter's "Player of the Week" award for outstanding athletic achievement. Justin earned the honor with five catches for 58 yards and a touchdown, nine rushes for 49 yards, plus he returned a punt 74 yards for another touchdown in the Bears 40-33 victory over Walker Valley Friday night. Justin has more than 1,000 all-purpose yards and has scored 11 TDs this season.
