He was born in Cleveland Nov. 30, 1967, a son of the late Charles and Salle Giles.
He lived the majority of his life in the Cleveland area, just recently relocating to nearby Decatur.
He is survived by his loving wife, Becky Giles; one daughter, Lauren Renee Godfrey; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
A visitation with family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, in the parlor of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service, 2415 Georgetown Road.
