The Rev. Randall Lee Moser, 64, of Nashville, passed away on Dec. 18, 2012.

He was the son of Burford and Edna Moser and a lifelong resident of Old Hickory.

He had served in the ministry since a young age, beginning as a youth pastor at various churches.

He graduated from seminary in Louisville, Ky., served as alumni director at Belmont University, and as pastor at Altalome Baptist Church. He returned to his home church of First Baptist Church Old Hickory and was active in the pastor’s conference and served on several committees, as well as leading a Sunday School class.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

He is survived by his father-in-law, Red Dean; brother, Dale Moser (Cookie); daughter, Nichole Moser and boyfriend Tim; and two grandchildren: McKynzye and Graysyn Moser.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday at First Baptist Church Old Hickory, located at 1106 Hadley Ave Old Hickory, TN 37138. The service will follow at 1 p.m. at the church.

Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Nashville, following the service.
