Check Into Cash, a national leader in specialty consumer financial services, recently announced the promotion of Eric Ratcliff to Director of Call Center Operations and the Recovery Division. Ratcliff has served with the company for 13 years and was previously the Collections Manager.

Allan Jones, Founder and CEO of Check Into Cash, credited Ratcliff with doing an outstanding job of managing through the company’s recent years of growth and change.

“Over the years, the collections department has changed along with the rest of our growing company,” Jones said. “Eric’s commitment to excellence has been crucial, because as our company’s operations have expanded and become more diversified and complicated, so has the collections process.”

In addition to supervising the collections process, Ratcliff will also oversee a new call center that is being created to help market a prepaid debit card. Jones’ expectation is that through the call center, the company will experience even greater levels of growth.

Ratcliff praised the team at Check Into Cash for his successful track record.
