Ricky O’Neal Tibbs, 55, died Monday, July 16, 2012, in Seattle.
He was a former resident of Cleveland, and a graduate of Cleveland High School. He also served as a U.S Navy officer for several years.
He was a lifelong member of Church Of God Sanctified of Cleveland.
He was also a loving husband; father of one son and two daughters; a loving brother; and good friend to all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012, at Fellowship Of Praise.
