Rosella H. Croft, 88, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday Dec. 18, 2013, at her home.
She was born on Nov. 18, 1925, to the late Ernest and Annie Mae Hensley.
She was a lifelong resident of Cleveland. She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening. Above all things, however, she loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, that she baby-sat all the time.
In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Croft; one son, James Croft; and six siblings.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory two sons: Johnny and Kenneth Croft; one daughter, Barbara (David) Reagan; one sister, Dorothy Buckner; 11 grandchildren: Tim, John Boy, Jean, Joey, Maggie, Jessica, Dwight, Timmy, Shea, Shy and Kevin; 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at 5 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Woody officiating.
