Ruby I. Ratcliff Harvey Elliott, 91, of Cleveland, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010.

She was a longtime resident of Bradley County. She was co-owner of Harvey’s Grocery for 20 years. She was a member of Four Point Baptist Church.

She was faithful to her church and served as Sunday School teacher and visitation worker. She was very active in the Senior Citizens Group.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Bruce Ritchey of Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Vicki Harvey of Delano; brothers, J.D. Ratcliff of Dahlonega, Ga., and Fred Ratcliff of Warner Robins, Ga.; grandchildren: Ginger Starnes, Melissa Lewis and husband, Bob, Rachel Ethridge and husband, Eric, Damon Sartin, Jonathan Sartin and wife, Renee, Jody Harvey and Scot Harvey and wife, Stephanie; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 26, 2010, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Cheatham officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Michigan Avenue Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.
