Ruel “Rudy” Webb Jr., 75, a resident of Decatur, and formerly of Cleveland, passed away Saturday morning, Oct. 20, 2012, at his residence.
He was born in Cleveland on July 23, 1938, a son of the late Ruel Sr. and Bessie May Webb.
He was of the Christian faith and worked for many years in the Cleveland area as an auto detailer until relocating to Decatur approximately 10 years ago.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Goodman Webb, and one sister, Laverne Webb.
He is survived by several cousins and other extended family members and friends.
A graveside service is planned for Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the Fort Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Justice officiating. The gravesite is located in Fort Hill Cemetery on Frady Lane S.W.
