Ruth Q. Allen, 75, of Benton, passed away Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G.C. Allen; and parents, Beeler and Ella Harris Qualls.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret and husband, Don Colley, of Brighton; and her grandson, Clay Raines, of Benton.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. today, Nov, 18, 2012, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. David Crump and the Rev. John Bankston officiating.
The family will receive from 3 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home prior to the service.
