She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. She was employed as a telephone operator at Southern Bell Telephone for several years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, O.L. Coleman Jr.; daughter, Charlotte Coleman; and her parents, Orlando and Dama Clayton Geren.
She is survived by her daughter, Kay Allen of Lakewood, Ohio; sons: Gary Coleman, Randy Coleman and Terry Coleman, all of Parma; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Jeannie Cissom officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery. The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony.
Her family will receive friends Monday from 1 to 3 p.m. until the service time at the funeral home.
