She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mae Bell Seaborn Cofer; and husband, Horace Monroe Gibson.
She is survived by her daughter, Pam Higgins of Cleveland; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, Dec. 5, 2012, at Grissom Funeral Home with the Rev. Anthony Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
