She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband of more than 61 years, James Satterfield; two sons and daughter-in-laws: Michael and Tonia Satterfield and Tony and Denise Satterfield; three grandchildren: Lindsey Satterfield, Cailin Satterfield and Jamie Satterfield; two sisters: Ebba Wallace and Sibyl Smith; special nieces: Nancy Cooke, Teresa Davis and Brenda Queen; numerous other extended family members, church family and a host of special friends.
A celebration of her life is planned for Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at the Westwood Baptist Church, 4001 Georgetown Road, with the Revs. Jim Caywood and Collin Cooke officiating.
