Property crimes detectives are asking the public to help in locating two suspects who are wanted on criminal charges related to their investigation of recent mini-warehouse burglaries.

Warrants have been filed for Daniel Keith Presley, 26, and Amanda Leigh Phillips, 25, both of Lyles Road, charging them with burglary and theft. Attempts to arrest these individuals have been unsuccessful.

Recently the owner of a mini-warehouse rental business contacted the sheriff’s office after finding stolen property that was stored in two unrented units.

The resulting investigation tracked the stolen property to three different locations around the county.

Capt. David Shoemaker of the Criminal Investigations Division said people who have rented warehouse storage units should check the contents periodically.

Previously identified victims were unaware their units had been burglarized.

Any information about Presley and Phillips should be directed to the criminal investigations division by calling 423-728-7336, or 9-1-1.

Victims of warehouse thefts that have not previously filed reports with law enforcement should contact the sheriff’s office.

Capt. Shoemaker said at this time it is believed the thefts occurred only in Bradley County.
