She was the daughter of the late Louise and Coy Miller. She was married for 41 years to the late Lynn E. “Cotton” Farmer.
She loved her Heavenly Father and lived her life as an example of a Proverbs 31 woman.
She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, and her life was a testimony to her desire to tell others about the love of Jesus.
Her life’s work was her family. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and at church.
She was the best mother, mother-in-law, mamaw, and great-mamaw ever and will be greatly missed by her family.
After moving into the Life Care Center of Cleveland last spring, she became a blessing to the many residents and staff during this time. This year was topped off with her being named Miss Life Care 2012 during a recent ceremony.
She is survived by her children: Lynn A Farmer of Cleveland, Sandra and Mike Koenig of Mansfield, Texas, Charlene and Greg Medlin of Tucker, Ga., Kim and James Hagler of Cleveland, and Syble and Hammer Franks of Cleveland; grandchildren who love her dearly: Jennifer and husband, Caleb Caballero, of Arlington, Texas, Rus Pippin of Arlington, Tosha and husband, Len Young of Birchwood, Jessica Plemons of Cleveland, Katie and Jacob Hagler of Cleveland; great-grandchildren: Cameryn and Cole Caballero of Arlington and Lane, Luke and Addie Young of Birchwood; sisters: Becky and Inga; brothers: Doug, Winston, Earshel, and Don; and several nieces and nephews.
