Greg and Candace Singerman of Center Hill, Fla., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jill Rachele Singerman, of Cleveland, to Michael Derek Welborn of Dalton, Ga., the son of Michael and Tena Welborn of Cleveland.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at Lee University Chapel in a 4:30 p.m. ceremony on Oct. 21.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mary Rose Robbins of Jupiter, Fla., the late Summer A. Robbins, the late Clair T. Singerman and the late Dorothy M. Singerman.

She is the sister of Dallis Wehr of Groveland, Fla.

Miss Singerman is a graduate of LaVeta (Colo.) High School and received a bachelor of arts degree in public relations from Lee University, where she is employed at the Leonard Center.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Roy and Dorothy Jarriel of Portal, Ga., and Jerry and Lorrie Welborn of Covington, Ga.

He is the brother of Amber Foster of Covington.

Mr. Welborn is a graduate of Bradwell Institute in Hinesville, Ga., and received his bachelor of science degree in physical education from Lee University.

He is employed by Crosspointe Christian Center in Dalton, where the two are both members.
