Clark said the driver of a Jeep rolled the vehicle into the median near southbound mile-marker 29.
The victim was pinned by the vehicle after she was partially ejected.
According to Clark, the victim, 46, was trapped between the door and the ground.
Bradley County Fire Rescue went to the scene along with Bradley County Emergency Medical Service to aid the victim. After she was extricated from the Jeep, AirEvac helicopter transported her to Erlanger Medical Center for treatment.
Clark said the victim’s exact injuries were unknown but they didn’t appear life-threatening.
- Two mini-bikes were reportedly stolen from an Ellis Drive address.
The theft reportedly occurred during the weekend and the victim located one of the bikes later.
According to a report filed by deputy Robert O’Daniel, Carolyn Davis said someone had taken the two bikes, but she located one later.
Davis last saw the bikes Thursday. Davis said she found one of the bikes sitting in a ditch near her home.
The bike which was recovered was blue.
According to the report, a red bike with a black seat is still missing. The bikes were valued at $50 each.
- Deputy Tommy Kimsey filed a report regarding missing jewelry for a Dixie Court Drive resident.
Bobbi Jo Martinez returned home Saturday and “found things moved around in her house,” according to the report.
Kimsey said she found jewelry out of place and noticed an Opal ring, a set of earrings and a class ring missing.
Kimsey indicated in his report the jewelry was last seen July 23 by the victim.
There were no signs of forced entry to the residence.
Criminal Investigations Division detectives were notified of the reported theft.
According to the report, the jewelry was valued at $1,200.
